Yield & Storage Instructions Each package provides enough coating for 50 to 75 medium-sized apples. You can prepare the entire batch at once, or easily scale it down to make smaller batches of 10 to 20 apples as needed. Finished apples can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator (please do not freeze).
Apple Selection While we highly recommend tart green "Granny Smith" apples for the perfect flavor contrast, our mixes work beautifully with any apple variety or size. Feel free to experiment by mixing and matching red, green, and yellow apples to create a stunning and delicious display. Enjoy!
